Shipping policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, if you choose to return it, you can send the item back by following the instructions outlined here.

Shipping of PremOla items can cost from $5.00 - $15.00 depending on location and size of package.

PremOla can only ship within the United States. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing.

After an order has been placed, PremOla is unable to change the shipping address of a package. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timing will depend on location, please allow 7-10 days for standard deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PremOla is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please email premolagranola@gmail.com to start a claim.
